NCII has been designed as an adaptable tool for numeric computation, specializing in crunching numbers rather than symbolic mathematics or presentation-quality grahics.

To run this application you need
• 1 Meg of memory (or more),
• system 6.07 or later.
This demo has all the features and associated files of the real application; however, it will put up obnoxious advertisements periodically. The demo cannot take advantage of the MC68881 math co-processor, but a version which does is included with the real NCII package.

NC II is available from
Windham Software
PO Box 347
Marlboro, VT 05344
for $85; just send a check.
Purchase orders are accepted. A lab-pack of 10 copies is available for $300. For overseas shipping, please add $10; otherwise, all taxes and shipping is included in the prices stated.
Copies of this demo may be obtained by sending a blank disk and stamped self-addressed envelope or $5.
The software is distributed on four 800k disks. (Two sets of two disks for the MC68881/020 math copprocessor version and generic versions of the program. Each version has one disk for the application and help file and one for the sample and library files.) A 70 page printed manual is included.
This application grew out of my dissatisfaction with the software available for numeric computation on the Macintosh. I wanted something flexible, expandable, inexpensive, easy to use, and which would run on small Macintoshes. The result, which took me four years to write, you see before you. I use it all the time in my physics teaching and research at Marlboro College.
